This app is Β«reminderΒ» that you should pay a daily 5-10 minutes to your body. And, believe me, after 30 days, you won't regret about it. Although, 5-10 minutes is just the beginning, because estimating your skills with the correct technique and the amount of time allotted to each side (hand), you can quickly achieve good results, becoming fitter, stronger, and most importantly - confident!
From the beginning, you expect a standard plank for 20 seconds, which will be gradually increased to 60, and, in the end, to 300 seconds. Just imagine, if at first you could not wait the end of this unfortunate half a minute, cursing the creators of this app for Android and yourself for the fact that you succumbed to persuasion, now you can safely support the weight of your body over the 5 (or more) minutes. The main thing to remember is for whom you are trying and remember your goal, not allowing the lazy to destroy it!
The design of the application is done in a calm light blue tone that does not distract the user with bright elements (except advertising in the free version). Each exercise is shown, but you can adjust the technique and the rest between sets in the settings, as well as to share your achievements with friends via Facebook!
Plank Challenge is a real challenge for you, your body, and Android, of course! :)
