When you firstly start the program you will be asked to specify the weight. The number (quantity) of water in milliliters, which you should daily "take up", will be counted according your weight. For example, 78kgs of body weight requires for about two and a half liters of water. In addition, you will be asked to specify the volume of cups, bottles, in general, any container from which you'll drink the most water. After all these manipulations don't forget to specify the time, for example, from 7 am to 12 pm. It will be your framework where you have to keep a clear day.
After that, you'll see the main screen, which will show only a few buttons (except the top panel with a retractable menu) namely, the buttons to add the drunk cups of water. Here there is a button that allows you to update your data, or simply change the capacity for more accurate results. In the menu you can choose the reporting interval, such as every 60 minutes (your android will remind you that you need a drink of water), as well as their number, enable / disable sound / vibration, view the data for certain time, change the data about your weight and, of course, view reports.
